THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a People Ops Analyst to join our People Operations team in Mexico City Wellhub is looking for a professional who is passionate about people and HR processes and wants to be part of our People Operations Team to support the Spanish speaking countries in Latin America (México, Argentina, and Chile) and the US. This person will report directly to the People Operations Manager, building a great experience for our employees (Wellhubbers) supporting a full working cycle - from the first until the last day - as well as assisting them with all their needs during their journey at Wellhub.
An advanced English level is mandatory as we are a global company and as it is part of your role, the interaction with the US.
YOUR IMPACT- Responsible for the onboarding/offboarding processes of all employees based in México, Argentina, Chile, and the US - ensuring an excellent experience is part of your job.
- Collect information from new hires, support and approve leave requests, and ensure that all documents are accurate, signed, and submitted to payroll processing on time.
- Collaborate closely with the Payroll team to ensure that monthly payroll information is provided in a timely manner.
- Be the focal point of our benefits providers, liaising with them for all necessary information.
- Ensure invoices related to People Ops and Benefits services are received, accurate, and sent to payment within the due date.
- Help foster the company culture by coordinating, facilitating, and overseeing employee engagement activities and initiatives for SSLatam and the US.
- Main point of contact for our office employees and vendors. Guide employees on their questions, coordinating requests, addressing operational needs, communicating policies, and ensuring compliance with people practices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide excellent People Operations support and engage in different People Team activities.
- Continuous Improvement: propose improvements to our current processes and suggest new ways of working and collaborating.
- At least 2+ years in Human Resources, Payroll, or related areas.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, or related field.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and practices is desirable.
- Fluent in Spanish and advanced English are a must.
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A self-starter who can multi-task and adapt to a fast-growing organization.
- Enjoy working on multiple priorities and projects.
- Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to establish steady cross-functional relationships.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
- Experience in a tech company is a plus.
