Estamos buscando Devops Manager en Ciudad de México – México

Lidera la administración, implementación, migración e integración de soluciones en entornos Cloud, On-Premises e híbridos, utilizando metodologías ágiles y mejores prácticas de DevOps. Además, fortalecerá la seguridad en la nube y asegurará la alta disponibilidad y gobernanza. Su enfoque se centrará en fomentar un ambiente colaborativo, desde la gestión de su equipo y la ejecución de sus actividades lo cual impulse la innovación y el crecimiento digital de la organización.

Responsabilities
  • Liderar la función de Network DevOps utilizando principios ágiles y SRE para automatizar la infraestructura en la nube y local.
  • Administrar el equipo de DevOps, asignando y monitoreando el flujo de trabajo mediante la planificación de actividades para mantener la calidad, eficiencia y tiempos en términos de nuevos desarrollos o integraciones.
  • Mejorar la eficiencia operativa y desarrollar una visión para el éxito a largo plazo del equipo de DevOps.
  • Diseñar y gestionar una biblioteca de código de configuración de red que implemente infraestructura segura mediante pipelines CI (integración continua) /CD (implementación continua).
  • Definir y ejecutar hojas de ruta estratégicas para servicios de infraestructura escalables, eficientes y confiables, incluyendo la automatización.
  • Implementar y gestionar pipelines CI/CD en Azure DevOps, desarrollando y manteniendo infraestructura como código (IaC) y gestionando incidentes de red.
  • Diseño e implementación de soluciones en IaaS, PaaS y SaaS, así como en Microsoft 365.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos dentro del ciclo de vida del desarrollo de software, con el objetivo de reducir el tiempo de lanzamiento al mercado y mejorar la calidad.
Su Perfil
Experience – Studies – Skills
  • Graduado en Sistemas de Información, Ingenierías o relacionado, con más de 5 años de experiencia en DevOps, ingeniería en la nube y desarrollo de software, centrado en automatización y CI/CD.
  • Inglés: Avanzado (Mandatorio – se llevará a cabo validación en la entrevista de recursos humanos y en las validaciones técnicas).
  • Más de 5 años de experiencia en ASP.NET 4.0+, C#, Visual Studio y Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL), junto con fuerte experiencia en entinty frameworks y ORM.
  • Experiencia en VDI, AzureVD, DRP, BCP, soluciones de datos, seguridad en la nube y endurecimiento, alta disponibilidad y gobernanza, además de gestión y administración de proyectos.
  • Certificaciones en metodologías agiles.
  • Conocimiento y experiencia en plataformas en la nube y arquitecturas de aplicaciones nativas de la nube, con experiencia en hosting de aplicaciones web en Azure.
  • Habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas, capacidad para trabajar en equipo y gestión autónoma, además de experiencia en entornos ágiles.
  • Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo de equipos multiculturales, así como habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.
  • Habilidades de comunicación para involucrar e influir en partes interesadas a todos los niveles.
