Sr Staff Mobile – Flutter/Dart Lead You are the person they are looking for if you have: 5+ years of hands‑on Flutter/Dart experience at production scale, including large migrations or high‑impact greenfield builds shipped to stores. Proven success modernizing legacy mobile codebases and leading mobile development in fintech or high‑growth consumer apps. Expert‑level Flutter & Dart skills (architecture patterns, scalable state management, native plugins, performance profiling, CI/CD). Deep iOS & Android platform knowledge, including native bridges, store policies, background processing, push, and deep linking. Architectural leadership experience, owning mobile architecture evolution, driving ADRs/technical vision, and delivering measurable improvements in stability, performance, and velocity. Strong communication and leadership ability, influencing without authority, mentoring teams, presenting to large audiences, and owning delivery end‑to‑end. As a Sr Staff Mobile, the company expects you to perform the following tasks: Own and evolve the end‑to‑end mobile architecture and codebase, ensuring modularity, performance, security, scalability, and long‑term maintainability. Lead modernization and refactoring of legacy flows, reducing technical debt while maintaining or increasing delivery velocity. Define and enforce mobile engineering standards, including design system adoption, code reviews, documentation (Design Docs, ADRs), testing, CI/CD, observability, and incident management. Drive critical technical initiatives hands‑on, such as Flutter migrations, native plugin development, performance optimization, and complex feature delivery. Act as the company’s mobile/Flutter authority, mentoring engineers, running rituals, onboarding programs, tech talks, and accelerating team capability. Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, Data, and leadership to align mobile strategy, roadmaps, architectural decisions, and delivery priorities. Represent mobile engineering across the company, presenting strategy, progress, and technical wins in executive meetings, demos, and all‑hands, while unblocking critical initiatives when needed.
