Descripción de empleo**About Bizee**As our first **DevOps Engineer**, you will play a key role in optimizing and automating our development and deployment workflows. You will be responsible for managing multiple project deployments, ensuring smooth CI/CD processes, and maintaining efficient local development environments.**What You’ll Do**- Own and maintain our **CI/CD pipelines** (Github/CircleCI) to streamline deployments.- Manage and optimize **containerized environments** using Docker.- Oversee **cloud infrastructure** and deployment strategies.- Improve and maintain **local development environments** for the team.- Enhance **monitoring, logging, and incident response** for production services.- Work closely with developers to improve workflows and reduce deployment friction.- Implement **security best practices** across our infrastructure.- Evaluate and introduce new tools/technologies to optimize DevOps operations.**What We’re Looking For**- Proven experience as a **DevOps Engineer, SRE, or similar role**.- Strong knowledge of **CI/CD pipelines** (like CircleCI).- Hands-on experience with **Docker** and containerized environments.- Familiarity with **PHP/Laravel**.- Proficiency in **GitHub**, including Actions, workflows, and automation.- Experience with **infrastructure as code (IaC)** (Terraform, Ansible, or similar is a plus).- Strong understanding of **cloud services** (AWS, DigitalOcean, or similar).- Experience with **monitoring and logging** tools (Datadog, Prometheus, ELK, etc.).- Passion for automation, scalability, and improving developer experience.**Why Join Us?**- Be the first **DevOps Engineer** at Bizee, shaping our infrastructure from the ground up.- Work with a talented team of developers in a fast-growing company.- Opportunity to introduce and implement the **best DevOps practices**.- Competitive salary, hybrid work, and a collaborative culture.- Security Social.- Medical insurance.- English platform.- FitLife Gym.- Payment of certifications.- 30 days' salary as a Christmas bonusTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 al mesTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿cuantos años de experiência como Devops tienes?Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
