Business Manager-Global SAP Recruitment @ PIXIE | ERP Systems We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to manage and enhance Salesforce applications within an Application Management Services (AMS) model. The ideal candidate will lead a team of Salesforce professionals, oversee daily AMS operations, resolve incidents, and drive continuous improvements to ensure platform stability, scalability, and performance. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and support analysts. Manage AMS activities including incident resolution, service requests, and enhancements. Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions. Collaborate with business users to deliver functional and technical support. Develop and deploy enhancements using Salesforce best practices (Apex, Visualforce, LWC). Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations. Ensure adherence to ITIL processes, SLAs, and Agile methodologies. Partner with cross‑functional teams on release management, testing, and deployment. Qualifications 8+ years of Salesforce development and consulting experience. Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC) . Hands‑on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud . Strong background in AMS or production support environments. Familiarity with ITIL , ServiceNow , or Jira . Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills. Fluent in English and Spanish .
