Assembly Tooling Specialist

**Location**:Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, MexicoJPR ID: 36156Department: ManufacturingNemak is dedicated to developing technological solutions that make **sustainable mobility possible.**We are committed to **working together** across disciplines to drive **innovation** and to shape the future of **automotive** **lightweighting.****Objective**Assure the profitability of the new programs through the general assembly tooling design involving developing internal manufacturing capabilities and modification and supervision external concepts**Main Responsibilities**Support new tooling design and installation for new product launches at Vehicle Structure Division.Keep control in all product engineering changes that influence tooling designSupport operations to create mechanical tooling maintenance schedules, preventive and predictive tooling inspections, and repairs to minimize downtime.Tooling buyoff with integratorsActively support dimensional accuracy of Assembly. thru various measurement systems(CMM, Laser gage, Perceptron, Faro, Check fixture, etc)Manage and track Battery Tray geometry tooling adjustments.Actively support Product Team on specific datum coordination on current and future Assembly Models by incorporating lessons learned.
