En Netfy, buscamos un/a **Finance Manager BirchStreet** altamente calificado/a para liderar la integración financiera de un nuevo sistema ERP de adquisiciones en nuestra red hotelera. Esta posición es fundamental para garantizar la alineación fluida entre los procesos financieros y de adquisiciones, manteniendo el cumplimiento de las regulaciones y políticas internas.**Responsabilidades clave:Gestión de la integración del sistema ERP**:- Liderar y supervisar la integración financiera del sistema ERP de adquisiciones en colaboración con los equipos de TI y adquisiciones.- Analizar y optimizar los procesos financieros relacionados con compras, facturación y pagos a proveedores, asegurando su alineación con el nuevo sistema ERP.- Garantizar el cumplimiento de regulaciones financieras, controles internos y políticas corporativas durante la implementación del sistema.**Capacitación y soporte**:- Capacitar y brindar soporte a los equipos de finanzas y adquisiciones para garantizar el uso eficiente del ERP.- Identificar oportunidades de mejora continua en los procesos financieros y de adquisiciones.**Monitoreo y comunicación**:- Proporcionar informes regulares y actualizaciones a la alta dirección sobre los resultados financieros y el rendimiento del sistema post-implementación.**Requisitos:Educación**:- Licenciatura en Finanzas, Contabilidad, Administración de Empresas o áreas relacionadas.**Experiência**:- Al menos **5-7 años** de experiência en gestión financiera, con un enfoque en procesos de adquisiciones y sistemas ERP.- Experiência previa en implementación de sistemas ERP, preferiblemente en la industria hotelera.- Sólido conocimiento en principios contables, control de costos y gestión de proveedores.**Conocimientos técnicos**:- Dominio avanzado de Excel.- Familiaridad con sistemas operativos hoteleros (PMS, POS, Procurement, ERP).- Habilidades analíticas, de resolución de problemas y gestión de proyectos.**Idiomas**:- Fluidez en inglés y español.**Otros**:- Disponibilidad para viajar a ubicaciones hoteleras durante el proceso de implementación.**Habilidades clave**:- Comunicación efectiva y habilidades interpersonales.- Liderazgo y capacidad para gestionar equipos multifuncionales.- Organización, atención al detalle y capacidad para cumplir con plazos ajustados.- Adaptabilidad y enfoque en la mejora continua.**Ofrecemos**:- Sueldo competitivo.- Seguro de Gastos Médicos.- Bonos de productividad.- Oportunidad de crecimiento profesional.- Capacitación continua.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 al mesPregunta(s) de postulación:- PRETENSIÓN SALARIAL- Disponibilidad para ocupar el puesto- ¿Tienes disponibilidad para viajar durante el proceso de implementación?- ¿Tienes al menos 5 años de experiência en gestión financiera con un enfoque en adquisiciones y sistemas ERP?- ¿Has implementado sistemas ERP previamente, preferiblemente en la industria hotelera?- ¿Cuentas con dominio avanzado de Excel y experiência con sistemas operativos hoteleros como PMS, POS o ERP?- ¿Eres fluido/a en inglés y español?Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
