**Deliverables**:Do vehicle issue diagnosis and root cause analysisEnsure that his team carries out the pre-analysis activities on timeDo risk assessments and lead corrective action plansGuarantee the product - process maturity of the components of his perimeter management of serial life (windows change management). Propose alternative product solution in case of issues (as shortage) to avoid to stop mass production in the plantParticipate in Quality ENG tech clubs. Implementation of good idea and standards (Read Across)Ensure that the skills of his team is at the right levelEnsure the management activities of his team (daily management control meeting)Ensure that his team is working in safetyLead quality KPI management to achieve quality objectives, driving improvement/corrective actions and escalationResolution of systemic/chronic or major quality issues (Top Warranty, Recalls,)Technical support Yard Holds / Product Related Issues (PRI’s) technical referent inside the PRI. Set-up / On-going Controls for Process / product Standards for Vehicle & System Functional Objectives (i.e.
ADAS, BSR, FEA)Bachelor's degree or higher in the fields of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering Technology from an accredited university (other technical degrees, in combination with relevant experience may be considered)Minimum of 8 years of related plant and quality experiencePrevious experience in Product Engineering Department, Vehicle/mechanic Plant or Project teamAbility to lead an Engineering team to deliver product changes and launches on timeExperience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective actionsStrong communication skills, both written and verbal from High Level Meetings down to the Shop FloorAbility to work off shift hours as necessarySelf-motivated and directedAbility to thrive in a high intensity environment while working on multiple projectsRigorous and pragmatic**Languages**: plant language & EnglishPreferred RequirementsMasters DegreeGreen Belt or Black Belt certificationWorld Class Manufacturing ExperienceOur benefits reflects the FCA commitment to helping you reach your personal and professional goals.
