Job Purpose The Credit Review and AR Analyst reviews new and existing customers to determine appropriate credit limits and terms, and reviews sales orders for release for a large dynamic technology organization. Working in a fast-paced environment, this role collaborates closely with AR team, sales organization, and customers to gather necessary information to maximize revenue potential while mitigating excessive credit risk. Activities Manage the collection of invoiced services, ensuring the correct receipt of payments. Monitor bank transactions to verify the timely receipt of payments. Follow up on clarifications and resolve any issues that may arise. Request and manage credit notes as necessary. Approve orders sent by the commercial department, ensuring proper processing. Work with metrics, tracking key performance indicators. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in economic-administrative fields. Previous experience in accounts receivable or accounts payable, ideally in the service sector. 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles. Knowledge of electronic invoicing and related processes. Experience in commercial closures, managing processes and reporting. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Excel. Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish effective relationships. Ability to express yourself clearly and confidently.
