Our entrepreneurial teams are empowered to innovate, act nimbly, and create a lasting and sustainable impact for our clients, their customers, and the communities in which we live.With us, you’ll create a boundless impact that transforms your career—and the lives of people across the world.**You Are**:**The Opportunity**:- Contribute to the strategic direction of the Platform and the developer experience- Drive sound technical implementation decisions in alignment with the strategic direction- Represent platform capabilities at delivery ceremonies (for example Architecture Review Board (ARB) and Operational Governance Board (OGB))- Drive forensic troubleshooting and analysis of automation and platform consistency issues- Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems, resources, and infrastructure availability and performance optimization- Evangelize DevOps practices and methodologies to delivery teams- Foster the team’s growth through hiring, onboarding, and mentoring- Acts under minimum guidance of DevOps Architect to set up and manage DevOps tools and pipelines.- Interpret the DevOps Tool/feature/component design and develop/support the same in accordance with specifications- Follow and contribute existing SOPs to troubleshoot issues, Adapt existing DevOps solutions for new contexts- Code, debug, test, and document; and communicate DevOps development stages/status of DevOps development/support issues- Select appropriate technical options for development such as reusing, improving, or reconfiguration of existing components- Work with diverse teams with Agile methodologies- Facilitate saving measures through automation- Mentor A1 and A2 resources- Involved in the Code Review of the team**What you need**:- 5+ years of experience in a Platform, Software, or DevOps Engineering or DevOps Advocacy role- Experience writing production code with an industry-standard programming language using Agile methodologies- Experience practicing Infrastructure as Code and Configuration as Code techniques- Strong experience managing multiple code bases in Git- Experience creating Continuous Integration builds and deployment automation, for example, CI/CD Pipelines- Experience with Azure DevOps Repos and Pipelines- Experience with provisioning resources in Azure with Terraform- Experience with containers and container orchestration, particularly Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)- Experience with.NET, PowerShell, and PowerShell Desired State Configuration- Bachelor’s degree in a computing-related field- Desired: Microsoft Certification on Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Azure Developer Associate, and/or Azure Administrator Associate.**What we believe**:We’re proud to embrace the same values that have shaped UST since the beginning.
