**Product Advisor Business Banking****Principal Function**:The Product Advisor is responsible for closely monitoring the different strategies implemented in the area in order to achieve the established goals.You will have to know the different Bank systems that are used to give attention to the sales force and internal areas about the operations and the Credit process.It is essential to have communication skills since it will have an important participation with different operational areas that collaborate with the segment on issues related to: Credit operations pipeline, disposal process, contracting, government guarantees, etc.It will develop different meters that are required to follow up a pipeline of cases, weekly and monthly presentations of the area. The position requires an orderly person, organized with structure to manage the assigned activities.**Main Responsabilities**:- Monitoring of the Credit operations pipeline.- Support in the attention and monitoring of operational issues that the sales force may require.- Preparation of databases and information meters generated by the area.- Integrate documentation necessary to process credit operations with the different internal areas (UWS, Operations) and achieve the contracting and disposition of them.- You must maintain controls that help to have updated information on the credit process in its different stages.- Help the Sales Force in the E2E credit process- Communication with internal areas that support us with information and processes.- Excellent Service Attitude with internal clients (deputy directors, managers, BBU directors)- Communication with team members to achieve segment strategies / objectives.- Active participation in the projects assigned by the Directorate.- Analyze the different meters that the area produces, taking care that the information is correct and reliable.- Operate under the policies, principles, procedures and behaviors that the bank requires; as well as comply with regulatory evaluations in a timely manner- Attention to internal clients, monitoring of the different activities of the credit process and development of meters.**Requirements**:**Experience**:- Bachelor's degree completed and may be from the economic - administrative area- In-depth knowledge of portfolio analysis- Excellent service attitude- Teamwork- Ease of speech to establish interpersonal relationships- Structured thinking- Information analysis capacity- Ability to create a document, process, etc. from scratch.- Quick learning and focus on results / proactive.- Leadership, good negotiator, work under pressure.- Skills in verbal and written communication.- Advanced written and spoken English- With knowledge of parcel delivery in Office- Availability of schedule (morning or evening)- Orderly and methodical with business controls - Important work experience preferably in a Bank or non-bank financial institution, in areas such as: operations, customer service, processes or analysis.**Development Plan**:At HSBC, we expect our people to treat each other with dignity and respect, creating an inclusive culture that promotes equal opportunity.
