You’ll support projects that strengthen passenger loyalty, contribute to data-driven initiatives, and gain exposure to how strategic decisions are made in a fast-paced environment.Role Responsibilities:- Assisting in the design and execution of passenger loyalty and retention initiatives.- Supporting the development of incentive programs and analyzing their performance.- Collaborating with Product, Marketing, CX, Marketplace, BI, and DS teams to strengthen the value proposition for high-value riders.- Helping analyze user behavior and market trends to identify opportunities for improving engagement and retention.- Contributing to ongoing projects with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.Role Qualifications:- A strong interest in strategy, analytics, or operations, with a desire to learn in a real-world business environment.- Basic knowledge of data analysis (Excel required; SQL is a plus).- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.- Curiosity, adaptability, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.- A willingness to take ownership of tasks and contribute as part of a team.EEO Statement:- We create customer value - We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
