**Mexico Protected Sales Rep****Your task and Responsabilities**:- Responsible for the company results in the region: Net Sales, Gross Profit, Market Share, Customer Share, OPEX, etc. Develop, propose and implement, a PC Strategy for the current stage and until 2023, focused on Portfolio improvement, trait identification and resource allocation, that maintains and increases our MS in the region, on a Double digit base, and improves our NPS as a leading choice for our key accounts and growers.- To have strong influence on internal stakeholders, such as marketing, finance, credit and collection, market development, supply chain, HR, etc., to assure the business continuity and operation in the region.. Develop and implement actions plans to have the right distribution channel to accomplish the business objectives for short and long term.- Provide dynamic leadership, recommend training, assistance, appraisal, motivation and development to our key customers to help them achieve their goals and build and capture value along the way.- Establish and implement a RADL segmentation and account planning process to properly use and maximize the resource available to achieve and exceed our financial targets.- Work closely with MD to assure precommercial and commercial trials at main accounts in their territory, creating a path to grow either share or value.**Who you are**:- Bachelor's degree, desirable mastery.- Bachelor's Degree in Plant Science, Marketing, Agronomy or Related.- 8-10 years of experience in business or greenhouse management, marketing and/or sales.- Influence, Customer Focus, Finance Acumen, Business Strategy, Negotiation, Sales and Marketing- English proficiency.- Office and digital greenhouse solutions (Priva, Hoogendoorn) knowledge.- Salesforce or similar CRM**Período de aplicación**:- 3 al 10 de octubre**Código de referencia**:- **División**:- Crop Science**Ubicación**:- Mexico : Ciudad de México : Ciudad de México**Área funcional**:- Marketing**Grado de posición**:- VS 1.2**Tipo de empleo**:- Permanente**Tiempo de trabajo**:- Full Time
