**Job Title**Analyst Sr Promotions**Position Purpose**The position primary focus is to coordinate and execute all the promotional strategy by managing a stage-gate type of process for every AutoZone promotion, to support yearly sales objectives and to help increase overall transactions and customer count. It directly reports to the Promotions manager. This role works cross functionally with other business areas to oversee and ensure process deliverables are done and given on time. It supports to the promotions manager to set dependencies between functions and facilitate the overall flow of the promotional process through regular follow up and reporting to a manager level and above type of audience. Its core responsibilities to the coordination and management of the yearly promo process include the creation of all the Layouts to Proof that includes the main information for the Design team, the setup and managing of the promotion process into the Promo Tool, responsible to analyze and identify potential risks in the deals creation to ensure the correct and complete content to engage with customers in all types of promotional print and digital media. It oversees the deal type analysis and proof reading to push for innovation and customer engagement and to comply with legal terms and restrictions. The position also releases critical information to marketing, supply chain, pricing and visual display to ensure the correct execution of the promotional plan within the process management and give follow up in the operation of print and logostics vendors of the Store media materials.**Primary Accountabilities**- To coordinate and execute all the promotional strategy by managing a stage-gate type of process for every AutoZone promotion, to support yearly sales objectives and to help increase overall transactions and customer count by working cross functionally with other business areas to oversee and ensure process deliverables are done and given on time. Release critical information to marketing, supply chain, pricing and visual display to ensure the correct execution of the promotional plan within the process management. Support to the promotions manager to set dependencies between functions and facilitate the overall flow of the promotional process through regular follow up and reporting to a manager level and above type of audience.- To setup and manage of the promotion process in the promo tool, to create of all the Layouts to Proof that includes the main information for the Design team, to analyze and identify potential risks in the deals creation to ensure the correct and complete content to engage with customers in all types of promotional print and digital media.- Oversee the deal type and perform proof reading of all the promotional print and digital media to push for innovation and customer engagement and to comply with legal terms and restrictions.- Train and support with all the knowledge, development and creation of deals for current and new users of the promotion process including the Promo tool and Special project sheet.- Follow up to the Print and Logistics vendors of the Store Media materials by managing all the reports and documents needed.**Education & Experience**Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.Area of Study: MKTG, Business Administration or alikeYears of Experience: Two to three years.Type of Experience: Strong project management background. English speaker preferred.Special Certifications or Technical Skills: Project management, strong negotiation skills, advanced skills in Excel and Power Point.Other / Preferred: Analitycal thinking, problem solving, strong oral and written communication skills. Self-oriented and deadline oriented.
