Flex is the diversified manufacturing partner of choice that helps market-leading brands design, build and deliver innovative products that improve the world.Job Summary- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _Program Manager_ _located in _Guadalajara, South._- Reporting to the Program Management Manager, Program Manager role manages the end-to-end product lifecycle for a manufacturing program, ensuring that production, quality, safety, and cost targets are met. The Program Manager is accountable for maintaining efficient manufacturing operations to meet internal and customer expectations._Responsibilities:- Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.- In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.- Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.- Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative a to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics.- Reviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.- Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel.- Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction also has control for different accounts of various complexities.- Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.- In charge of customer´s satisfaction reviews and corrective actions.- Maintain current and develop additional business with customers.- Monitor and track that project and program deliverables are met.- Be accountable for maintaining excellent customer relations with both new and existing customers.- Holds up production sites for projects, costs and other customer related matters through business and expertise.Qualifications:- _ BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience_- _ Advanced experience managing cross-functional teams (CFT),_- _ Solid understanding and management of Profit & Loss (P&L)._- _ Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills._- _ Proven experience in the Automotive sector._- _ Advanced English level_- _ Nice to have NPI experience._What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Life & Medical insurance.- Christmas Bonus.- Food Coupons.- Saving Fund.MG61Job CategoryOperations**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:
