Define high-level migration plans to address the gaps between the current and future stateFacilitate the planning and execution of business changes using standard business process and technologyOversee and facilitate the research, evaluation, and selection of hardware and software solutions, related standards, as well as the design of standard configurationsManage and maintain overall solution architecture, scalability, and integrityBuilding partnership relationships with business customers and other IT departmentsAble to effectively influence stakeholders, team members, and peers to design and deliver optimal solutions in line with the best interest and expectations of the businessOrganize efficient enhancement review sessions with the business stakeholders going through all their enhancement requests helping them prioritizing all demandWork with the finance organization to manage statement of works, PO’s and invoicing comparing to available budgetMaintain a professional culture within the team, where individuals take ownership and focus on delivering excellence, quality and value for the customer and businessResponsible for quality of solutions delivered, ensuring that appropriate development standards are maintained and followedUse agile methodologies to maintain a strong focus on delivery priorities, holding others to account for delivery, and swiftly responding to changing requirements.Promote resilience and responsiveness in the organization by being open and honest about challenges, and the actions required to address unexpected developments.Keep up-to-date with latest technology, software development technologies and methodologiesAbility to proactively suggest new ways of approaching tasks to provide a better service to our customer baseWhat we look forRequiredDegree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance or related field.Preferably ERP finance technical/ functional knowledgeExcellent customer service and communication skills. Able to translate IT language into business languageExcellent Oral & Written EnglishUnderstand the importance of management controls and process and procedures in the delivery of servicesStrong interpersonal, analytical skills and ability to communicate to people at all levelsAbility to handle cross-functional tasks in parallelAbility to work independently in dynamic, fast-paced environmentExperience of managing multiple relationships in a fast-paced environmentPreferredOdessaERPs (Financial modules)
