Job Description We are seeking a Senior Global Sourcing Category Manager - Injection Molding for Water Innovations to join our team in a highly collaborative and supportive environment. This role contributes to the success of the organization’s global sourcing strategy, ensuring the achievement of cost efficiencies, supplier excellence, and the long‑term sustainability of the supply chain. Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of global sourcing strategies for assigned categories to deliver cost savings, innovation, and supplier value. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, ensuring performance standards are met and fostering long‑term partnerships. Drive negotiations for high‑value contracts, focusing on cost optimization, quality, delivery performance, and risk management. Think Fast by identifying and mitigating risks related to supply chain disruptions, price fluctuations, and geopolitical factors. Work it Together by collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and align sourcing strategies with corporate goals. Make the Hard Call by driving cost reduction and efficiency improvements through the identification of new suppliers and innovative sourcing strategies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field OR a total of 10 years of relevant work experience (5+ years in sourcing) if no college degree. 5+ years of experience in sourcing and procurement; leading, developing and managing supply chain strategy and supply base. Experience creating category strategies to manage tariff situations in different countries. Demonstrated experience in sourcing injection molding components, including knowledge of polymer materials, mold design, and tooling project lifecycle management. Ability to travel as needed. Strong negotiation skills and experience managing complex supplier contracts while driving cost savings. Proven ability to scope and create projects to reduce cost, improve productivity, reduce supplier risk, and increase capacity. Collaborative approach to communication and problem‑solving with a passion for sharing knowledge with colleagues.
