**Experience**:5+ Years**Location: Remotely from Mexico/Colombia or any LatAm country****Engagement Type**: Full-Time/contractual, Fully Remote**Note**: Equipment shall be provided by TFT**Key Responsibilities**- Design, build, and maintain front-end and back-end components of the platform- Implement and optimize server-side logic and APIs using **Python**:- Ensure smooth integration between front-end interfaces and back-end services- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support platform scalability and reliability- Contribute to the technical roadmap of a decentralized biometrics ecosystem**Qualifications**- Minimum **5 years of hands-on experience** in **Python development** for backend systems- Proven experience in full-stack development with a solid understanding of web architectures- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote setup- Familiarity with **decentralized systems** is a plus- Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science** or a related technical field**Interview Process**:- AI-based online screening test- Internal Interview with TFT- Client Final Interview- CEO discussion**About Us**:We at (TFT) provide Technology Services to our customers, enabling them to achieve superior business outcomes.
