Career Level - IC4- Collaborate with capacity engineers to gather requirements for new and existing reports.- Work with the SDS group to develop and create required reports.- Ensure the maintenance and accuracy of all reports, both new and existing.- Analyze data and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to understand and meet reporting needs.- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within reporting processes.**Required Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.- Proven experience (5 - 7 years preferred) in a data analytics or reporting role.- Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, OAC).- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and within a team.- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.- Experience with SaaS environments is a plus.
