We are currently seeking a SQL Server admin to join our team in Mexico**Position's General Duties and Tasks**:- Manage SQL Server databases through multiple product lifecycle environments, from development to mission-critical production systems.- Configure and maintain database servers and processes, including monitoring of system health and performance, to ensure high levels of performance, availability, and security.- Database performance tuning.- Planning, deploying, maintaining, troubleshooting of high-availability database environments (Always-On, Clustering, Mirroring, etc.).- Independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end.- Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes, for efficiency and cost optimization.- Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities after hours.- Share domain and technical expertise, providing technical mentorship and cross-training to other peers and team members.- Work directly with end customer, business stakeholders as well as technical resources.- Multi-task and context-switch effectively between different activities and teams- Knowledge of High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR), Replication**Qualifications****Must have Skills**:- Excellent communication skills in English- SQLServer Database management - 8+ Years- High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR), Replication - 5+ years- Database Tuning, Migration, Upgrades, patching experience on On-Perm and Azure DBs - 8 + years**Secondary Skills**- Strong english verbal and writing skills - 8+ Years**Nice to have, but not required**:- Experience in SSIS, SSRS, T-SQL.- Experience with scripting.- Experience complex query tuning and schema refinement.- MCTS, MCITP, and/or MVP certifications a plus- Experience supporting Logical DBA activities.**Education Requirements**- Bachelor in Computer Applications**Job Segment**:Database, SQL, DBA, PLM, Technology, Management
