We are hiring a Partner Alliance Manager to work within the Enterprise Solutions alliance group and spearhead partner administration and management of channel platforms. To be successful in this role, an individual will need to demonstrate confidence across technologies and channel partnerships, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.**Responsibilities**- Expand upon trusted relationships within our strategic partner ecosystem (including Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Salesforce, Tableau, Ingram Micro, Starburst, ServiceNow, Cisco, and more)- Support STAND 8 and partner branding through consultant accreditation, project case studies and testimonials, and portal management.- Own operational alliance tasks to ensure all data, systems, and reporting are up to date- Support and prepare strategic partnership activities including summits, executive meetings, conferences, sales enablement, and marketing- Manages Competency program and coordinates partner-enablement for certifications- Responsible for pipeline reporting, leveraging partner Network(s).- Be a Customer-facing champion and representative for current Channel partners- Support partners and sales team to maintain baseline training and knowledge of Channel Partners**Qualifications**- Minimum 3 years of technology channel/alliance partnership or sales experience- Working experience and knowledge of Partner ecosystem, practice areas, competencies, offerings including selling, pricing, and understanding selling incentives.- Experience handling contract negotiations with vendors- Experience working within partner portals to manage accounts, upload deals, and uplevel certifications or program- Experience in writing Statements of Works, Contract negotiation, and Client Discovery for Partner services- Working knowledge of cloud environments preferred- Extremely organized with the ability to set priorities and work both independently and collaboratively- Team player with strong work ethic and the willingness and ability to adapt in a fast paced, changing environment.- Flexible in adapting to differing working styles, understanding what motivates partner sellers and how to align the selling efforts to partner pursuits.- Experience presenting at the executive and Client-facing level with ability to close deals- Excellent oral and written English communication skills and the ability to persuasively articulate our value as a partner.
