Perform manpower planning and leveling per the New Program Template. Interact with corporate planning, production management and union leadership on all matters relating to IE activities.Lead a cross functional team in the development of operator man assignments, working closely with TLs, Quality, and Engineering to assure objectives are met at a station and plant level.Build relationships with Engineering and Manufacturing to comprehend the new product requirements and sequence of build. Develops work assignments based on a predetermined time standards. Conducts studies in operations to maximize work flow and spatial utilization. Plans and oversees layout of equipment, office and production facilities.Perform cycle time and bottleneck analysis. Develop and improve work methods. Work with functional managers and operation managers to improve productivity, quality, and throughput. Support World Class Manufacturing (WCM) especially for WO (Workplace Organization) and LO (Logistic) pillars. Support IE Manager in various IE and WCM related assignments and projects.**Basic Qualifications**: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering3 years Industrial Engineering experience in a manufacturing environmentExcellent communication, computer and problem solving/analytical skillsAbility to work as part of a team and interface with all levels of management and laborSelf-motivated**Preferred Qualifications**:Advanced degree preferredIndustrial Engineering experience implementing direct labor line balancing in a high volume manufacturing environment using a standard time methodologyLeadership experience in a manufacturing environmentKnowledge of AMPS, MODAPTS and TeamCenter highly desiredOur benefits reflects the FCA commitment to helping you reach your personal and professional goals.
