This role focuses on supporting operational excellence initiatives, process improvements, and system implementations. The Junior Finance Analyst will collaborate across FP&A verticals, ensuring data accuracy and transparency while building foundational finance and analytical skills.**Responsibilities**:- Assist in gathering, consolidating, and analyzing data to support FP&A reporting and decision-making processes.- Support the implementation of process improvements and standardization initiatives across finance verticals.- Prepare and maintain documentation for key metrics and processes, contributing to a "one source of truth" for finance data.- Collaborate with FP&A teams to identify areas of inefficiency and redundancy, assisting in the development of solutions.- Contribute to team communication efforts, such as maintaining reporting templates and assisting with surveys and analysis.- Support onboarding and training efforts for new processes and systems.**Experience**:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.- 1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or data analysis.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and identify trends.- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver accurate work under tight deadlines.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial systems or reporting tools is a plus.Please submit your resume in English.
