Buscamos un Director Ejecutivo con experiência, que supervise todas las operaciones, funciones y actividades de la compañía. Será responsable de dar la dirección estratégica adecuada y de aplicar una visión de alta calidad. Un gestor influyente con capacidad para dirigir y motivar. Debe poseer grandes dotes de comunicación, informar sobre los ingresos y adoptar un enfoque holístico en la gestión de las operaciones de la organización. Su objetivo es gestionar y dirigir la organización hacia la realización de su misión.RESPONSABILIDADES:- Diseñar un plan de negocio y llevar a cabo el funcionamiento del mismo según las estrategias definidas.- Construir un equipo eficaz de líderes proporcionando orientación y entrenamiento a los gerentes subordinados Además será responsable de motivar y asegurar que el equipo cumpla con sus tareas, para poder concluir actividades en tiempo y forma deseada.- Ayudar a potenciar la imagen corporativa.- Apoyar al departamento financiero, buscando inversionistas para la empresa y prestando atención a las posibles oportunidades financieras.- Captación de nuevos clientes.- En calidad de director ejecutivo, esperamos que cuente con excelentes habilidades comunicativas, liderazgo y una mente creativa.**Requisitos**:- Experiência laboral demostrable como CEO, gerente de operaciones o director ejecutivo- Experiência práctica en liderazgo- Excelentes habilidades comunicativas- Excelentes habilidades analíticas- Saber afrontar múltiples tareas con profesionalismo- Excelente dominio de idioma inglés/español- Disponibilidad de horario: Tiempo completoSUELDO A TRATARTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoHorario:- Turno de 8 horasEducación:- Licenciatura terminada (Obligatorio)Experiência:- Ejecutivo: 3 años (Obligatorio)- Dirección Ejecutiva: 2 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Dominio de idioma inglés (Obligatorio)Licencia/Certificación:- Administración (Deseable)
