Join our global, agile team and help us influence and drive PepsiCo’s digital transformation**Responsibilities****What will you be doing?****Qualifications****Who are we looking for?**- Identify problems, analyze data and propose solutions.- Effectively interacts with members of all cross functional departments.- Build, configure, unit test and implement solutions based on lower-level designs.- Analyze and propose metrics/KPIs that matter then design reporting and analytics.- Knowledge of developing solutions using Power Automate (cloud flows & desktop Flows.- Develop, execute and document low code requirements for business units.- Support management of day-to-day data PowerApps process for issue resolution through business units.- Understand agile framework and use agile tools.- Continuous Improvement and evolution of tools & systems.**Bachelor’s degree in Programming / Engineering or relevant field**3+ business or IT analyst experience**1+ year of Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI)**Technique knowledge on data manipulation tools and analysis techniques**Design and structuring of databases and mining (flows and architecture)**Business intelligence tools (Power BI)**Knowledge of SQL, Java, HTML and Python**Effective listening and communication skills (both English and Spanish)**Negotiation and influencing skills**Excellent conflict management skills**Innovative thinking**Ability to quickly adapt to changes and handle ambiguity effectively**Ability to work effectively and efficiently in virtual environment**Ability to self-manage, plan and prioritize**Proficient at gathering requirements and documentation****What can you expect from us?**Competitive compensation package- A flexible work environment that promotes a healthy balance between personal and professional life- A dynamic and inclusive culture- A supportive team that will foster your professional growth and development- Opportunity to work with relevant projects worldwide- Opportunity to give back to the community with our volunteer programs
