BU2 Filtration & Eng. Peripherals**Your Roles & Responsibilities**:Definition of tentative budgets for business plan (up to 5 years projection)Definition of firm budgets for project investment for year N+1 (next year)Definition of a firm budget per month and per concept, as well as its respective justification Research of Tooling, Machinery and/or Equipment quotesDefinition of supplier for the realization of capital investmentPreparation and justification of AR's for approvalElaboration and monitoring of requisitions for the generation of PO's for investment Follow-up of the delivery plans of special materials for the manufacture of prototypesCoordination of related activities in graphic or project launch planParticipation in the preparation of PPAP documents of the process and, if necessary, with suppliersEnsure the participation of the administrative team for the execution of activities related to their departments Manufacture of prototype parts for design tests and validation Run-Off of tooling, machinery and equipment Monitoring of the manufacture of prototype components for each projectPreparation of related and necessary documentation for the launch of each project Transportation of tools, machinery and equipment from its origin to its installation or release in the plantCustoms and traffic coordination so that all equipment related to import projects complies with the lawDelivery of prototype parts to the client once the process is guaranteed with internal, durable and design tests Set-up of the production process for the start of serial production, after quality validationExecution of the investment budget for both Mahle and the client until the delivery of the necessary evidenceAll new equipment must have a safety and environmental validation approved by EHS**Your Skills & Strrenghts**- 4-5 years experience in related field- English fluency- SAP knowledge strongly preferred- Automotive experience, at least last 2 years**Do you have any questions?****Facts about the job**:**Benefits**:Entry level: Experienced hiresFunctional area: Production & Industrial Engineering**Location**:Santa Catarina/Monte, MXCompany:**Your future at MAHLE**:As a team player and someone who thinks ahead, you can deploy all your skills with us.
