Main Responsibilities Ensure the achievement of predefined, challenging business targets and secure sustainable results across all company operations, in line with the company's strategic direction and performance expectations. Develop and implement business strategies aligned with company goals and International automotive market standards. Oversee and optimize daily operations, including sales, logistics, and customer service. Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including manufacturers, vendors, and regulatory bodies. Drive organizational change and transformation projects to enhance efficiency and competitiveness. Proven experience in effectively collaborating with labor unions in Mexico, ensuring constructive labor relations and compliance with local labor regulations.
