Responsible for Capex Reduction & reducing dependence on external suppliers. Support the launch of new programs to meet customers’ requirements.**Main Responsibilities**- Develop Automation Engineering and control Architecture of internally manufactured Quality Cells- Develop Robot programing for (Leak Testers /VC gages and Straightening) Cells- Develop PLC and Motion control cells programming.- Integrate the HSE and Legal Requirements (compliance with international standards)**Position Requirements**- Bachelor’s in mechanical &Electrical Eng. / Mechatronics Eng. / Electronic Eng.- Deep Knowledge in Quality cells Technologies (Vision Systems / Gages / Leak Testers / Servo actuators)- Deep Knowledge in Automation and Controls (Robots, PLCs & Servosystems )- Deep Knowledge in HSE requirements- Deep Knowledge in Hydraulics servosystems and Pneumatic Systems- General Knowledge in mechanical & Electrical design Calculations- Ability to analyze problems- Strong Technical Skills- Easy adaption with other cultures and countries- Dedicated and Responsible- Experience: 5 Years in Similar Function- English Advanced- At Nemak, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (D&I) play a fundamental role in everything we do and are the underlying platform on which our culture is built.
