We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Business Solution Architect to join the EPAM team, where you will play a crucial role in delivering advanced technology solutions to clients. This position provides an excellent opportunity to expand your expertise and collaborate with industry leaders in a dynamic and engaging environment. Responsibilities Run SAP pre-sale and oversee implementation project governance and delivery, including adjustment of business requirements, solution development, fit-gap analysis, process optimization, organizational change management, troubleshooting, and root cause identification Support evaluation of customer solutions and ensure opportunities for SAP solution implementation are highlighted Define SAP-specific functional requirements and identify IT and business enablers, ensuring alignment from scope definition to blueprint development for SAP implementation Collaborate with stakeholders to align customer vision with solution scope and provide input for account planning Apply architecture governance and frameworks to strengthen consistency and collaboration across SAP architectural domains Engage throughout the customer lifecycle and coordinate with account teams to achieve successful outcomes Align business, data, application, and technical architecture domains with client requirements Develop target architecture and customer roadmaps compatible with SAP solutions Introduce tailored innovations to solve client-specific challenges using appropriate methodologies Foster strong customer relationships and assist EPAM sales teams in conducting solution discovery discussions Stay up-to-date on SAP product advances and trends to inform roadmap development Plan effort estimation for process design improvements, technical configuration, and development work Requirements 12+ years of experience with SAP solutions, including projects involving S/4HANA, SAP Business Technology Platform, and SAP Cloud solutions Background in enterprise architecture, business transformation, and SAP system integration Familiarity with cross-functional SAP modules such as FI, CO, SD, MM, and business process modeling Expertise in SAP tools for fit-gap analysis, organizational change implementation, and technical configuration Understanding of customer roadmaps and architecture governance within SAP systems Proficiency in architecture development methodologies like TOGAF or SAP Solution Manager tools Ability to identify and resolve complex challenges in dynamic project settings We offer International projects with top brands Work with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peers Employee financial programs Paid time off and sick leave Upskilling, reskilling and certification courses Unlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000+ courses Global career opportunities Volunteer and community involvement opportunities EPAM Employee Groups Award-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn #J-18808-Ljbffr
