Join us and let’s build the future.**Job Summary**:This position is responsible to create and manage requisitions and purchase orders for spare parts, equipment and materials required by maintenance and tool crib areas.- Is responsible to follow to ensure up on time delivery of orders and work with the receiving team t ensure that all materials are received in a timmely manner and work as well with the accounts payable area to ensure accurate and timmely payment of invoices from suppliers**Responsibilities**:Provide to the maintenance department the products and parts required for their assignments- Quote parts for equipment and machinery with suppliers- Capture and follo up purchase orders for local suppliers in BPRO- Cretae requisitions and orders in EAM system for tool crib area- Provide delivery dates to requisitors- Verify delivery of product and parts to requisitor- Expedite orders as required- Generate report to verify status of orders and follow up based on priorities- Work with the receiving department and follow up on orders with problems to be received or that are pending to be reeceived- Work with accounts payable tas required to solve problems related to invoicing or billing- All other activities inherent to the position**Required Skills and Experience**experience in purchasing and suppliers communication- Proeficient in excel- 1 year experience in simmilar position**Let’s Write the Next 100 Years Together.**Join a global community striving to improve connectivity and security.
