Descripción y detalle de las actividades**Description**Schneider Electric is looking a Quality Engineer in Tijuana B.C Turno 4 ( Viernes a Lunes de 6am a 6pm)Mission- Identify non-quality factors continuously, conduct or have other departaments conduct in-depth analyses and monitorquality improvement plans.- Identify potential issues before they occur and implement preventive solutions.- Solve quality manufacturing issues affecting customers quickly and effectively through containment, correction andprevention steps.- Plan and take any necessary actions to provide adequate confidence/evidence that a product or service will satisfy givencontractual/explicit customer requirements.- Make audits and analyze results as specified by quality systems and methods.Key Responsibilities- Takes any necessary actions to make sure that a product or service will satisfy customer requirements and is the drivingforce in implementing continuous quality improvement, with a coordination role (hierarchical or functional) of qualitymanufacturing/logistics assurance engineers and sometimes quality control teams.Main Activities- Supporting components quality issues and supplier communications- In charge of the Quality of one or several production sectors- Provide inputs and challenge about quality for new product or product evolution (PMP and Optimize Process (ex-PEP)- Ensure that the Process Control Plan is applied- Lead continuous improvement on its production lines Lead root cause analysis of quality issue and Problem solving- Create and maintain quality control documentation- Lead Process Audits and Process Failure Mode & Effect Analysis (FMEA)- Manage derogations- Identify potential issues before they occur and implement preventive solutions.- Solve quality manufacturing issues affecting customers quickly and effectively through containment, correction andprevention steps.Experiência y requisitos**Qualifications**Requirements**:- 2 - 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment.- Disponibilidad para cubrir Turno 4 ( Viernes a Lunes de 6am a 6pm)- Experience on components quality issues- English level advanced- Experience on identifying non-quality factors continuously, conduct or have other departments conduct in-depth analyses and monitor quality improvement plans.- Experience in welding process desired- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.- Quality improvement tools, techniques & models.- Statistical quality techniques and analysis.LI-HO1Beneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Ingeniería**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario**- Tiempo completo- Turno Matutino- Turno Vespertino- Tuno de 10 horas- Viernes a Lunes**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Inglés **Hablado: Avanzado, Escrito: Avanzado**Edad** 18 - 65 años**Disponibilidad p. viajar** No
