Senior Manager Quality Systems

Ensure the site’s quality management system’s compliance to customer, statutory, regulatory, site requirements and to theinternational standards to which it is subscribed to, assessment ofmanufacturing readiness of new product designs, change control ofexisting product and process designs and leading customer audits to thesite, by managing risk and conducting preparation activities to ensurecontinuous product and process conformance and customer satisfaction.In your new role you will:- Update and maintain the site’s Quality Management System and the Management Review process, including coordinating and leading the meetings between all interested parties to resolve concerns, issues and reaching agreements- Conduct internal systems audit to the site and support to otherexternal site locations- Review, establish and assess department key process indicatorscompliance and provide actions when these are not achieved- Acting customer liaison for all customer visits and audits to thesite, including the review and assessment of customer satisfactionderived from these- Submission and execution of site level continual improvement projects (e.g., product, process, controls, procedures, software, systems, tools, trainings, social, psychological, environmental, etc.)You are best equipped for this task if you have:- Seasoned Quality manager professional with solid leadership skills and Strong background on Quality management systems, primarily on IATF and VDA, and also AS9100, working experience on preparing and leading management reviews, previous experience on Quality Engineering a plus- Minimum certification on IATF as Internal and or lead auditor- Certification or working experience on Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing orequivalent problem solving, management operating systems- proven records of experience on leading teams under a multiculturalenvironment- English proficiency technical and business- Knowledge in AI and SAP related is a plus- 5 years of experience in a leadership role- Bachelors in scienceGerman a Plus**#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.**As a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
