As a Data Analyst in the Insights team, you'll be responsible for building business intelligence projects using different information, tools, and techniques. Your main tasks include understanding auditor requirements and using data analysis methods to create innovative projects and contribute to solving data-related business issues.**Main Responsibilities**:- Interpret business requirements to develop innovative data analysis projects.- Utilize data analysis to find insights for audits.- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to understand and address business issues.- Create complex solutions using Machine Learning models.**Position Challenges**:- Handle large volumes of data and ensure their integrity and accuracy.- Translate complex data into clear and actionable insights to support decision-making.- Optimize analysis processes and tools to enhance efficiency and quality of results.**Qualifications**:- 2+ years performing data analytics.- Ability to learn and improve business processes.- Experience with Python, RPAs, SQL and Machine Learning models.- Tools:- Power BI,- Power Apps,- Power Automate.- Desirable:- Agile methodologies.- Experience with SAP information.**Internal/External Relations**:INTERNAL- Process Assessment TeamEXTERNAL- Process & IT- Functional Areas**CEMEX Diversity and Inclusion Statement**:At CEMEX, we recognize the diversity of the world in which we live and in which we do business.
