Job Title: Salesforce - Developer As a Salesforce Developer you have experience solving complex problems on the Salesforce platform. You are passionate about building hands‑on technical implementations and have the technical domains of Salesforce including the various cloud platforms, programmatic development, declarative solutioning and integrations. Responsibilities Translate business requirements into well‑architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products Participate in technical design sessions; develop technical solution documentation aligned with the business objectives Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation Develop custom solutions and interfaces on top of the Salesforce platform Execute test plans to ensure quality delivery Follow coding standards and participate in code reviews during projects to ensure appropriate design patterns are followed Provide estimates and work breakdown structures for assigned tasks Absorb new product and technical capabilities from Salesforce during new product releases and acquisitions Qualifications 3+ years Salesforce platform experience Proven ability to develop and optimize integrated business processes across disparate systems Understanding of the Salesforce platform including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and common AppExchange solutions Development experience using Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, integrations, and other programmatic solutions on the Salesforce platform (Add LWC, JavaScript and Salesforce Flows soften experience) Configuration experience using the Salesforce point‑and‑click application interface Ability to perform automated testing and write unit tests Understanding of E2E lifecycle of Salesforce development collaborating with multiple engineers Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP/Metadata, etc.) Front‑end development experience with Lightning Web Components Knowledge of integrations, 3rd party integration tools, ETL with Salesforce Knowledge of Object‑Oriented Analysis and Design, database design and software development lifecycle Experience in Agile Methodology Experience and exposure in Einstein and Salesforce AI product capabilities Experience in CI/CD Salesforce services and processes Problem‑solving skills with the ability to work cross‑functionally either on a team or as an individual contributor Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire Excellent client‑facing written, presentation and verbal communications skills About Us Slalom is a fiercely human business and technology consulting company that leads with outcomes to bring more value in all ways.
