Provides a variety of information technology support services including but not limited to connectivity, hardware/software support, and overall Field IT incident & service request resolution.The role also provides support & delivery of Enterprise and Business Unit projects and initiatives.**Core Responsibilities & Expectations**- Bachelors Degree in IT or related.- +1 years of experience as IT field, IT support or related.- English is a Must.- Power BI and Power Apps (Desirable)- Hardware installation and support; PCs, tablets, mobility devices, printers, specialized devices- Software support- End-point vulnerability remediation- Enterprise and BU project demand (planned & unplanned)- Tech Hut services- PC Lifecycle Management incl, Asset mgmt. tasks- L ocal infrastructure service support (Server, network and VOIP)- On-site Smart Hands (support and liaison with 3 rd party & internal JCI Support teams)- Local Mobile Administration- IT procurement- Access management (network share)- Local IT security compliance (comms room set-up, maintenance & access)- Assist compliance teams with audit tasks- Satellite office support (including travel)- Vendor management- Delivers Field IT Services in accordance with SLT’s using JCI Service Management toolset- Proactive customer communication and focus
