The payroll team leader should maintain accurate records and data, ensure that payroll deductions and reporting comply with the local requirements in each country. Work closely with Regional Controller and third-party vendors to prioritize business and information needs.**What will your job look like?**:- You will be responsible to coordinate a group of Payroll Specialists.- Coordinate the compile and process transactional payroll advice by HR- Make sure about the process payroll requirements on a frequency basis (monthly, yearly, advance pay).- You will participate in special projects and support company acquisitions,You will ensure to:- Prepare a Full and Final Settlement/Pay and answers employees' inquiries/requests- Accuracy of statutory calculation for local reporting and compliance.- Track other payments and deductions processed via payroll.- Deliver accurate payroll reports both internal and external and give quick wins in the process or project initiatives for improvement.- Remit payments to tax authorities, government offices and 3rd parties and adhere to payroll process steps and controls.**All you need is...**:- 6+ years proven working experience in end to end payroll processing.-- 2+ years in Payroll systems ADP Payforce or ERP is preferred-- Strong MS Excel (Pivot tables, Vlookups etc.) and background in SAP-- Outstanding customer service capabilities-- Ability to work in a multicultural and diverse environment-- Accuracy and attention to detail-- Can work with mínimal supervision-- Good interpersonal and communication skills-- Ability to collaborate closely with other non-tax professionals (HR, finance etc.)**Why you will love this job**:You will join a truly global company in a role with international exposureYou will gain knowledge in payroll practices across the region.The position covers a wide range of responsibilities and scope, thereby offering outstanding learning experiences.We offer a wide range of stellar benefits including health, dental, vision, and life insurance as well as paid time off, sick time, and parental leave**Amdocs is an equal opportunity employer.
