In 2021, Littelfuse had net sales of $2.1 billion.Reporting to the Global Operations Director, you as a Plant Manager for the Muzquiz, Coahuila Plant; will be responsible to lead a medium size and growing manufacturing operation, with results driven skill and dedicated to track record, devising, evaluating, and implementing continuous process improvements with proven experience developing strategies to maximize efficiency and reduce operations costsAbout the job:- Responsible for the entire operations of a Manufacturing Plant- Effectiveness of production planning/control/tracking- Management of plant facilities and infrastructure- Management and improvement performance indicators of cost, quality and delivery- Drives Operational Excellence Trough Lean Six Sigma- Work with other departments to achieve key plant objectivesAbout you:- Bachelor’s degree completed- +15 years’ experience in operations, supply chain, engineering, and quality management.- Strong Leader, collaborator and people developer- English proficiency- P&L, budgets and forecasting- High skills on communication, teamwork, customer focus, results driven, strategic thinking- Strong P&L accounting knowledge- Safety first approach.- +5 years leading and developing leaders (Managers and Sr. Levels)- Master’s degree is desirable- Availability to relocate to Muzquiz, CoahuilaLittelfuse strives to empower associate growth and development in a culture of ongoing collaboration and respect for diverse global perspectives and expertise.
