En Bayer tienes la oportunidad de ser parte de una cultura en la que valoramos la pasión de nuestros colaboradores por innovar y darles el poder de cambiar.****Data Scientist /NRM Analyst****Your Tasks & Responsibilities**:- Manage data, perform analysis distil insights- Identify opportunities, develop and evaluate initiatives- Drive end to end solution development- Cross functional project management- Work effectively with counterparts in other functions to perform diagnostics, identify solution options, pressure test solution options- Coordinate NRM pricing / PPA Projects- Maximize pricing opportunities in budget/FCST processes- Be able to develop new tools, dashboards, tracking reports to help the organization in the decision-making processes**Who You Are**:- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Actuary, Finance or similar careers with at least 3 years of experience- Skills to develop implementation roadmap (e.g. prioritize and sequence initiatives)- Solid experience with finance analysis- Teamwork and strong communication abilities are needed.
