Junior Plant Controller

**Objective of job**- Support the Plant Controller Senior with accurate, transparent and up to date information.- Ensure accurate and timely completions of all administrative tasks **Principle activities**:- Support month closing activities acccording to closing timeline- Assist in preparation for the factor calculation (Man and Machine) for the Americas along with factor budget vs actual reporting and additional reports to the Management team (e.g. Plant Report) in a Monthly basis- Support all plant controlling efforts for the plant including budgeting/ forecasting- Support in the Annual inventory take as Internal Auditor as required- Ensuring routing updates in the internal systems like Host and SAP- Maintain Cost Center master data in SAP and in the internal systems that manage the workflow- Assist in budget and forecast preparation and help to upload it into the internal systems (SAP, Cockpit and TM1)- Maintain statistical key figures in SAP for allocation and distribution cycles in SAP CO and FI- Maintain the machine master data report- Help with the download of plant reports Plan against actual information in a Monthly basis- Approval of purchase requisitions, travel requests, and personnel requests in a timely manner, provide "budgeted yes/no" information if required.- **Job requirements**Bachelor's Degree- Accounting / Finance- Industrial Engineering- Economics- **Job requirements**Bachelor's Degree- Accounting / Finance- Industrial Engineering- Economics- Technical KnowledgeMicrosoft OfficeExcelEnglishKnowle_dge in _SAP_- Budget_**Intégrate a nuestro equipo de trabajo y aplica ahora
