**Requirements**:- L1 and L2 technical support- Assist and support customers with web integrations.- PHP, HTML, and CSS troubleshooting.- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems of e-commerce platforms.- Make recommendations for improvement and innovation.- Analyze system specifications and translate system requirements to manageable and measurable tasks.- Develop web pages for customers (Front and back).- Integrating web pages with e-commerce platforms- Conduct virtual training sessions for clients.- Passion for providing outstanding customer service.- Process analysis and development expertise.- Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills.- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to present ideas in a neat, user-friendly way.- Desire to learn new technologies and proactiveness.- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and cross-organizationally with a diverse team.**Qualifications (Must have)**:- 2+ years of experience in technical support.- Knowledge to develop in HTML, CSS.- Customer service-oriented.- Strong English (written and verbal).- Quickly and accurately identify, quantify, and permanently resolve problems.**Preferred skills**:- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, etc., is a plus.- Javascript.- Proven ability to quickly learn all aspects of technical software products.**Salary**: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month**Experience**:- HTML: 2 years (preferred)- CSS: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- Inglés (required)Work Location: Remote
