"Winning with purpose" reflects our ambition to win sustainably in the market and integrate the purpose in all aspects of the business.**Currently we are looking for our next: HR Ops Governance Coordinator****Which is the main objective of this role?**Ensure the correct functionality and rules configuration of the Connector EC to SAP, including new hires, changes and terminations and make sure that the payroll information is correct.**What will you be doing?**- Ensure the correct functionality and rules configuration of the Connector EC to SAP, including new hires, changes and terminations and make sure that the payroll information is correct.- Support implementation of Support packages in SAP with the test scenarios thay may affect the correct functionaly of the connector replications to SAP- It’s to contribute on the development; implementation and align of the new Operating HR Ops Model in LATAM.- Support the LATAM to payroll systems interfaces, to make sure that all changes performed in EC are sent correctly to the respective payroll systems.- Support in the implementation for the incidence portal (FORTIA) for the correct configuration of new countries, concepts, update of calendars and the configuration of new users.- Support in the implementation for MyABC (FORTIA) for the correct configuration of new countries, Headcounts, and the correct update for all the changes.**Qualifications/Requirements**:**Who are we looking for?**- Project management skills (Short, medium, long term projects)- Capable to work under pressure and uncertainty- English professional bussiness speaking and written skills.- Decision Making, Trust & Integrity, Curiosity for Learning**What can you expect from us?**- Competitive compensation- A flexible work environment that promotes a healthy balance between personal and professional life- A dynamic and inclusive culture- A supportive team that will foster your professional growth and development- Opportunity to work with relevant projects worldwide- Opportunity to give back to the community with our volunteer programs- We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
