This role will require a flexible, agile approach to meet our changing business needs.**Responsibilities**:- Develop and maintain reports (e.g., Record of Processing Activities), **Metrics, Dashboards, in Power BI / Tableau / MS Fabric**- Administer tool features with the highest level of discretion, sensitivity, and integrity in handling confidential information.- Lead and collaborate with diverse teams, ensuring alignment and successful delivery of product goals.- Ability to think logically, critically, and constructively about complex problems, clearly communicate findings of analysis, and propose solutions that address user requirements- Effectively communicate through progress reports, user documentation and formal presentations to teams and management across functions and divisions- Participate in cross-functional business and system process improvement**What We’re Looking For**:- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or Engineering is required, or in lieu, a demonstrated equivalence in work experience.- Proficient English Communication written and oral.- 9+ years of IT experience in a similar role with the following is required:- Experience in the following is preferred: Data Discovery, Other Data Privacy Technologies,** Agile (Scrum)** methodology.- Experience in the following is a plus: Data Governance concepts and technologies.- Experience in data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau Alteryx- Relevant experience with Oracle SQL- Strong hands-on experience with any **ETL tools** (Informatica is preferred)- Ability to collaborate with business and technology teams to create practical, robust, and scalable architectures and solutions meeting the business and technology goals/strategy of the organization.- Ability to gather functional and non-functional requirements, design business solutions that meet requirements, and perform data analysis.- Experience facilitating functional design and technical design for reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions.**The Location**: Mexico City (Hybrid)**What’s In It For**You?****Our Purpose**:Progress is not a self-starter.
