Descripción y detalle de las actividades- Recibir y coordinar la respuesta a la solicitud de cotizaciones - Recopilar información sobre nuevas consultas y coordinar las respuestas con el Gerente de Programa y/o Gerente de Producto. - Apoyar varios tipos de demandas de los clientes con respecto al estado de entrega, cotizaciones, necesidades contractuales y del programa - Asegurar que los acuerdos contractuales se están implementando - Revisar la precisión de los pedidos y los procesos productivos - Brindar soporte directo al Gerente de Programa y al Gerente de Producto, incluida la creación y el análisis de informes de ventas. - Iniciar y realizar funciones transaccionales en el sistema ERP/MRP - Promover un alto nível de servicio al cliente para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente Cualificaciones Requisitos de habilidades, educación y experiência: - Indispensable bilingüe español- inglés (Nível alto), tanto verbal como escrito, alto nível en comunicación. - Capacidad para interactuar eficazmente con varios tipos de personalidades - Debe ser organizado, motivado, preciso y poseer la capacidad de trabajar rápidamenteExperiência y requisitos- Habilidades de gestión del tiempo - Debe tener atención a los detalles - Conocimientos de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint y Outlook) - Conocimiento de sistemas ERP, un bien que se debe tener, pero no es imprescindible**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Atención a Clientes/Call Center/Telemarketing**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario** L-V: 7:00 - 17:00**Estudios** Preparatoria**Inglés **Hablado: 90%, Escrito: 90%**Sexo** Indistinto**Disponibilidad p. viajar** No
