**Roles and Responsibilities**- Collect and analyze data for assigned project- Use Lean tools to improve assigned project- Support the team on the development of Lean tools- Work within the guidelines of applicable GE Policies and Procedures, Engineering Standards, Design Customer Operating Procedures, Specifications, Government and Commercial Standards, and special security requirements- Document technical data that is generated to substantiate the assigned components, assemblies, systems and/or processes and that is consistent with engineering policies and procedures- Provide timely communication on significant issues to key stakeholders- Support the solution of problems of limited scope and complexity- Self-check of work**Required Qualifications**- Student of Mechatronics Engineering- Effective written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish- English skills: must be able to maintain a simple conversation in English.- Presentation skills: ability to communicate with Senior Leadership.- Demonstrated ability in managing own projects- Effective problem identification and solution skills- Proven analytical and organizational abilities- Accountable and strong learning/continuous improvement mindset- Open team player and strong interpersonal skills- Experience with visual management tools is a plus- Full-time job: 40hours per week- In-person work is required at GEIQ offices in Queretaro, Mex**Note**:**Additional Information**:**Relocation Assistance Provided**:No
