We are currently searching for a Project Manager / Scrum Master : Responsibilities Coordinate efforts between technical and business teams to ensure successful project execution. Analyze and document AS-IS and TO-BE processes required for implementation. Prepare and ensure timely delivery of project documentation and deliverables. Monitor project progress throughout the life cycle to meet deadlines and objectives. Identify risks and issues in a timely manner and propose mitigation strategies. Act as a liaison between user and technical teams , ensuring smooth communication and alignment. Facilitate understanding of requirements across all involved areas. Requirements Advanced proficiency in MS Office. Experience using JIRA. English level: Intermediate. Experience managing technology or process-oriented projects. Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Desired Experience managing technology or process-oriented projects. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the banking sector. Knowledge of credit or NAFIN processes. Languages Intermediate Oral English.
