You will play a key role in setting goals, optimizing workflows, and ensuring the team meets its targets.**Responsibilities**- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of BDRs, providing coaching and support.- Develop and implement effective outbound and inbound sales strategies.- Set performance goals and monitor key metrics to ensure team success.- Conduct regular training sessions to improve prospecting and outreach techniques.- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve conversion rates.- Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track and analyze sales performance.- Identify areas for improvement and implement process optimizations.- Report on team performance and provide actionable insights to management.**Requirments**:- **5+ years of experience** in business development, sales, or a related role.- **2+ years of experience** in a leadership or coaching role within a BDR or sales team.- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).- Ability to analyze data, set KPIs, and drive performance improvements.- Fluent in **English**(both written and spoken).- Based in Cancún, Mexico.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $58,200.00 - $68,000.00 al mesPago complementario:- Bono de permanencia- Bono trimestralTipo de jornada:- Turno de 10 horas- Turno de 8 horasIdioma:- High level English (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en 77500, Villas Tropicales, QRoo.
