Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage the implementation of ECOs from initiation through release and closure.Review and validate change documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal standards.Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, safety and quality teams to assess the impact of proposed changes.Validate updates to Bills of Materials (BOMs), drawings, specifications, and other product documentation aligns with reality on the production floorReview for accuracy and completeness all Special-Order Requests (SPRs) including engineering drawings, BoM’s, master data, and SPR logs.Maintain change control records in PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems.Track and report ECO status, metrics, and implementation timelines to stakeholders.Conduct/Support audits and compliance activities related to configuration management and change control.Identify opportunities to improve ECO processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Drive creation, implementation and sustaining activities around new Factory Change Order process**Qualifications**:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Mastery of English and Spanish language3+ years of experience in engineering change management or configuration control.Proficiency with PLM systems and ERP tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, AS400).Strong understanding of product development and manufacturing processes.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.Preferred SkillsProject Management Professional (PMP) certificationFamiliarity with ISO standards and quality systems.Lean or Six Sigma certification is a plus
