The primary duties of this role will be to support the financial and analytical processes for Corporate departments at Johnson Controls.**How you will do it (Primary Responsibilities):*** Assist with the preparation and analysis of the annual operating budgets and capital budgets for Corporate functions* Prepare monthly financial statements for the areas of responsibility* Analysis of monthly financial results to determine trends* Assist cost center owners to ensure adherence to plan/forecast* Help budget owners understand their results and assist with finance/accounting questions* Partner with RTR team on month end journal entries* Assist in dispute resolution for intercompany charges for Corporate functions* Preparation of presentations for management staff* Creation of new processes and improvements as required in constantly changing environment* Perform other duties as assigned**What we look for (Qualifications):*** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance* Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual, with ability to adapt to changing environment* Strong analytical skills and research capabilities* Self-driven and organized; able to balance short and long-term deliverables* Minimum 3 years of accounting/analysis experience in a large multi-national company* Basic knowledge and understanding of intercompany accounting concepts* Team player with excellent communication skills required* Commitment to excellent customer service* Excellent Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word skills required* SAP/OneStream experience preferred* Exhibits professional demeanor and emotional maturitylocations: San Pedro Garza Garcia-Nuevo Leon-Mexicotime type: Full timeposted on: Posted 21 Days AgoYour buildings have a purpose.
