Bienvenido a bordo- Garantizar el cumplimiento de la legislación fiscal local en la región de Latam, identificando y comunicando cualquier cambio en la normativa.- Apoyar la evaluación de riesgos fiscales en las operaciones de la empresa en Latam, trabajando en coordinación con el equipo fiscal regional.- Asegurar la entrega eficiente y oportuna de servicios fiscales, cumpliendo con las necesidades del negocio, estándares contables locales y requisitos fiscales.- Asumir la responsabilidad de los controles internos en los procesos fiscales.- Participar activamente en iniciativas de cambio fiscal y coordinar actividades de tributación dentro de las entidades legales en Latam, en conjunto con empresas externas y el equipo fiscal regional.- Contribuir en proyectos fiscales, promociones de inversión, creación de nuevos negocios o cualquier otra promoción fiscal, en coordinación con la gerencia de finanzas y el equipo fiscal regional.- Implementar, monitorear y mantener procesos estándar en áreas como SOX, operaciones contables y control interno, garantizando un proceso eficiente entre el equipo interno y las empresas externas.- Actuar conforme a los valores y principios rectores de la organización.- Conocimientos en impuestos y finanzas.- Licenciatura en tributación o un campo equivalente, con al menos 1 año de experiência en impuestos o finanzas.- Entendimiento sólido de contabilidad técnica.- Habilidades avanzadas en análisis financiero y modelado.- Experiência en SAP/BI o herramientas equivalentes.- Nível intermedio de inglés y español.- Capacidad para proporcionar soluciones efectivas y generar información útil para el negocio.- Experiência en la mejora de procesos.- Habilidades interpersonales, de comunicación y presentación efectivas.**Nível de educación deseada**:Superior - titulado**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Experto**Función departamental**:Contabilidad / Finanzas**Industria**:Plásticos
