**Key Responsibilities**:- Design, deploy, and manage MacOS environments, ensuring high availability and performance.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain MacOS policies and procedures.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MacOS platforms and software packages.- Monitor and optimize MacOS infrastructure, including resource allocation, capacity planning, and performance tuning.- Implement and maintain security protocols and compliance standards for MacOS environments.- Develop and maintain documentation for MacOS configurations, processes, and procedures.- Provide training and support to end-users and IT staff on MacOS technologies and best practices.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent experience.- 3-5 years of experience in managing and supporting MacOS environments.- Expertise in MacOS software packaging and deployment tools.- Strong knowledge of MacOS operating systems and related technologies.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Fluent in English (must)- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Relevant certifications (e.g., Apple Certified Support Professional, Apple Certified Technical Coordinator) are a plus.**Preferred Skills**:- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation tasks.- Knowledge of mobile device management (MDM) solutions (Microsoft Intune, JAMF / Casper).- Understanding of network fundamentals and troubleshooting.
